Wat Khram, officially the City of Wat Khram, is a city in the province of Phra Lohk, Thervala. With a 2030 census population of 12 million, it is not only the political capital of Thervala but also the economic and productive center of the nation. It has served as the political center of Thervala since 1520. It is located at the tip of the Horn of Kitet on the Sea of Capelan. It was built here due to an agreement between King Suriyavarman I and the MNLC. The location was picked to reduce the amount of time it would take for the Court of Thervala to receive diplomats from Levantia. It was also decided upon with trade in mind, as a lot of infrastructure leading to the city was developed in tandem with it so that the kingdom could better import and export goods from The Occident.

Wat Khram is considered to be one of the most famous red light cities in the world, and attracts large amounts of red light tourism year round. It also boasts many Theravada Buddhist temples and shrines on the outskirts of the city. Chantara Beverages, Singh Automotive Group, and Prasith are all headquartered here, with factories in Wat Khram's industrial park.

Wat Khram acts as a central hub of transportation to all other parts of Thervala, with a central train station that is connected to all of the other major Ther cities as well as the Ther metro. Wat Khram's metro is fully comprehensive, with metro stations located extensively throughout the city. The city has a dedicated water taxi service and a handful of bus routes to the outskirts. Wat Khram is also home to Wat Khram International Airport, abbreviated as WKIX.
