Burgoigniac New World Order
The Burgundie New World Order Theory (BNWO), or the Burgoignesc Royal Theory, is a theory pushed by Abdūraxman Jadid and the Jade Resistance Movement (JRM) that has been described, primarily by former members and non-Kiravian government officials as a conspiracy theory and an offshoot of [[Global Burgieman]. The theory states that the Burgoignesc royal family, along with what Jadid refers to as "financial oligarchs" are in control of the world financial system and use that control for their profit. Jadid claims that they exert control by pushing for neoliberal, monetarist, and globalist policies across the world, attributing them to the passing of laws around the world promoting free trade and deregulation, calling multiple government officials agents for Burgundie. Many critics of the theory claim that Jadid spreads it to further his own anti-neoliberal, protectionist, and according to some anti-capitalist and fascist messages, however, Jadid and the JRM say that they advocate for the solutions they do in response to the theory and use them as ways to fix the Burgoignesc dominated financial system.
Origins
The origins of the theory about the BNWO began with Jadid's service in the Kiravian Civil War. During the civil war there were multiple allegations and arrests for corruption in the administration of the Federalist forces for giving out contracts for rebuilding damaged infrastructure to companies based in Burgundie and even talks, although of debatable accuracy, about the possibility of giving resource extraction rights to Burgoignesc companies. There were also reports of subpar weapons being ordered from Lansing-Mitchell Weaponeering as well as Lansing selling to the Kirosocialist side of the civil war as well. One company that was often blamed by Jadid for corruption on the side of the federalist administration was O'Shea Corporation, which Jadid alleged was bribing officials to let socialist made products through federalist territory so they could be paid to ship it as federalist made. Although complaining about Burgoignesc companies often, Jadid's theories about the monarchy did not start until 2003 where he associated multiple financial failures at the time to a result of speculation which he claimed was being weaponized by global elites centered in Levantia, the Burgoigniac monarchy did not appear in his discussions until the publication of his 2003 book The Next 50 Years where he calls the members of the royal family out by name and claims that they had direct involvements with the financial elites involved in the 2003 financial failures
Claims
Financial Control
The BNWO theory claims Burgundie has secret control over the world financial markets through their control over several nations' central banks and control over the world's major financial institutions which the theory states are controlled by "financial oligarchs" in Burgundie. The theory states that oligarchical circles prop themselves up and avoid competition to their rule by promoting neoliberal policies and free trade that result in the deindustrialization of countries and deregulation allowing them to generate speculative bubbles in economies that are doomed to burst in the long term while generating them money in the short term and then relying on the governments of affected countries to bail them out. The theory goes on to attribute them to being behind a large number of financial crashes in history and that they used the times their bankrupt businesses were bailed out by the government as a way to further their businesses through the use of practices such as subprime lending following. The way the theory alleges that they get away with doing this is by a lack of separation of commercial and investment banking globally, with one often cited example by the theory being Vallos-Tierrador Banking Corporation (VTBC), allowing them to have the government bail them out during speculative crashes and allow the worlds banks to become intertwined and gain more money through bailouts as when one collapses the rest will as well. Multiple practices have been claimed to originate from the oligarchs such as floating exchange rates in currencies and a lack of capital controls between nations, free trade is also said to be something supported by the oligarchs as the theory states that through the lack of industrialization free trade promotes the oligarchs can more easily have control over countries through speculation overrunning the economy and the country's economy staying based on services instead of productive industries.
The theory also alleges that the royal family is behind the international illegal drug and arms trade as well as being involved in international human trafficking. The theory states that cartels and large-scale criminal organizations are given support by the royal family and oligarchs to facilitate these illegal trades that bring money back to the royal family as well as helping to keep the areas that they most operate in poorer and more underdeveloped allowing for easier control. The money from the trade, according to the theory goes into secret bank accounts managed by VTBC that then are used to finance global depopulation projects and to drive global instability by pushing countries to war, with Jadid and the JRM's website claiming that they were behind the Cowboy Crisis, Mosquito War, 2033 Winnecomac County crisis, and both Great Wars. The JRM also claims on their campaign platforms that a majority of the money circulating in the Kiravian economy is money that was made by the international drug trade before being laundered, first through VTBC, then through several other banks in different nations, before finally being deposited into Kiravia.
Environmentalism and Depopulation
One of the main things that Jadid and the JRM accuse the royal family of is pushing environmentalism around the world as a means of stopping meaningful developments in countries that would add to their productive forces such as large-scale infrastructure that would benefit the whole country and instead only selectively helping them in areas that would benefit Burgoignesc interests. One specific project they point to is KOWAP, saying that the scientists claiming the project will have negative environmental effects are being paid to exaggerate the severity. The theory claims that the projects the royal family advocates for are a way to covertly give countries around the world, what Jadid refers to as "Dutch disease" (coming from the Kiravian word for overindulging) as a way to make the economies of countries around the world serve Burgoignesc interests. Jadid and the JRM also claim that the royal family is responsible for pushing, according to them, "the myth of climate change". The theory asserts that climate change is instead a natural phenomenon, and that the royal family has scientists manipulate data to support their claim it is man-made, allowing them to continue pushing their agenda. In response to the royal family's support of nuclear energy, Jadid is quoted as saying "They think that they can coopt parts of my solutions and make my entire argument seem unreasonable, I doubt they'll make any serious commitment to nuclear or fusion energy, this is being done purely to undermine me and my movement." Jadid and the JRM also claim that the Burgoignesc royal family are using their funds to engage in global depopulation with what Jadid has called "a campaign of genocide" with one example cited being biofuel programs in countries which Jadid states are meant to drive up food prices to starve out poorer countries and those not self-sufficient in food production.
Other Claims
The JRM claim that the royal family was behind the Atomic bombing of Zakan Rot as well as the Sinking of the MS Hollona, they claim that the sinking of the MS Hollona was done via a bomb on the ship that was planted by a Burgoignesc agent in order to conceal weapons shipments that the ship was involved in, transporting them to Urcea which the theory states Burgundie is secretly in control of, before they are sent off to other parts of the world that the royal family intends to destabilize. The bombing of Zakan Rot, according to the theory, was orchestrated secretly by the royal family and their agents in different countries as a way to get the nations of the world to invade Varshan, as a way to destabilize Crona and benefit Burgoignesc companies.
The JRM and Jadid have claimed that the royal family are responsible for the creation of HIV/AIDS in the 1970's, they allege that the disease was created out of a lab by Burgoignesc intelligence agencies as a biological weapon.
Responses
The JRM has made the BNWO theory a large part of their political platform, espousing the theory at their rallies. During their demonstrations at Burgoigniac-based businesses opening in Kiravia JRM members are known for harassing workers and owners of the business and claiming that the owners have affiliation to or are part of the oligarchs and are coming to Kiravia to undermine the JRM. There have been rare reports of vandalism by the JRM at their demonstrations, mainly by smashing in the windows of the business or damaging the owner's car if it is present.
The royal family of Burgundie has so far not commented on the theory and has taken efforts to distance themselves from it. However, the JRM and Jadid have stated that they see this as tacit approval of the theory.
In 2011 the theory was officially recognized as a form of Burgophobia, the JRM fought back against the decision claiming that it would only the government of Burgundie they were accusing however the decision was upheld in 2012.
