Adheritus Ilkashvar is the current Prime Executive of the Kiravian Federacy.

Ilkaśvar hails from Xoésa Island off the coast of Ilfenóra, where his family is part of the traditional chieftaincy and is involved in agriculture. Ilkaśvar and his close relatives are the only known growers of the Xoésa Starburst potato, an heirloom cultivar known for its orangey-pink flesh. He was drafted into the Kiravian Armed Forces in 1988 as part of the last draft class before the suspension of conscription, and served in a mechanised infantry regiment. After completing his national service, Ilkaśvar attended St. Xavier University in his home state and was awarded a degree for his monstration, entitled Analytical Review of the Relative Influence of Competing Bioëthical Philosophies on Medical Tort Jurisprudence. He completed a legal apprenticeship under a tree law specialist and subsequently opened his own law practice.

Ilkaśvar was elected to the Válora (state legislature) in 1997, and to the Federal Stanora in 2003. While in the Stanora, he served on the Foreign Intelligence Committee and would later become its chairman. He was asked to join incumbent Prime Executive Candrin's ticket for the 20XX election after Castinus Ketorfanuv announced his retirement from politics. The Candrin-Ilkaśvar ticket was elected by comfortable margins. As Second Executive, Ilkaśvar has been responsible for overseeing the International Reconnaissance Agency and the Postal Service.

In 2028, Andrus Candrin resigned the Prime Executure for health reasons. Consequently, Ilkaśvar assumed the Prime Executure per the Kiravian constitution.

Early in his administration, Ilkaśvar pushed for stronger trade relations with Sarpedonian nations, particularly the Caphirian economic juggernaut and key energy supplier Cartadania. After behind-the-scenes exploratory overtures regarding possible Kiravian accession to UNESARP were rebuffed, Ilkaśvar shifted his efforts to a proposed Odoneru Economic Area with Caphiria. Ilkaśvar is known to have a pro-Caphirian inclination, having been endorsed by the Kiro-Caphirian Party and a close relationship with fellow Ilfenóra native Irasur Valyrian.

Personal life

Ilkashvar is an avid baseball fan and a supporter of the Continental Baseball Conference's Tarrin Thunder. He is Catholic and speaks West Coast Marine Coscivian. He carries the Velˉ blood type, which is rare globally but fairly common on his home island.
