Germais Time is a Burgoignesc luxury watchmaker. The company designs, manufactures, distributes, and services wristwatches sold under the Germais and Gran Primi brands.

In the late 1680s Anthonee-Joan Brutus Germais added a balance spring to the balance wheel of his . This innovation increased Germais watches' accuracy enormously, reducing error from perhaps several hours per day to perhaps 10 minutes per day, resulting in the addition of the minute hand to the face in 1691. At the outbreak of the Great War Germais approached the Navy of Burgundie with a bid proposal for 3,000 wristwatches for the officers of the navy with radium painted hands, and leather band that had the timezones of the Levantine Ocean embossed on it. The "Le Lumineur Naval" was an immediate hit and the Army of Burgundie ordered 700 with plain leather bands, termed "Le Lumineur Terrior".
