Shockwave Industrial is a global defense, security, weapons manufacturer, and advanced technology company. It operates as a subsidiary of global conglomerate Quicksilver Industries and acts as the principal company for its Manufacturing and Defense Solutions sectors.

Shockwave Industrial operates two main business divisions: Shockwave Integrated Defense Technologies (SID Tech), responsible for defense and security-related systems, products and services, and Shockwave Global Solutions (SGS), which develops support solutions for the public and private sectors.

This article will contain a comprehensive list of the various products that Shockwave Industrial sells across its two primary divisions and is organized into the various subdivisions and organizational components

Shockwave Global Solutions

Overview

Shockwave Global Solutions (SGS) is the business division responsible for development, building, hardening, securing, testing and integrating complex communications systems, networks and products and provide the highest level of support solutions for the public and private sector. They are capable of networking and platform integration; cyber security, defense products, and operational support; satellite communications; protected radio communications products; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance sensors, systems and space electronics; mission planning and management systems, weapon control systems and platform computing systems and open architecture information systems.

Network and Tactical Systems Group

The NTS Group supplies flight and engine controls for electronic warfare and night vision systems, surveillance and reconnaissance sensors, secure networked communications equipment, and power and energy management systems.

Air traffic control systems

  • Terminal Radar Control System VI (TRCS 6) - A now-outdated air traffic control computer system that air traffic controllers use to track aircraft.
  • Automated Terminal Radar Control System IV (ATRCS 4) - The successor to TRCS, ATRCS receives and processes target reports, weather, and other non-target messages from both terminal and en route digital sensors.
  • Enroute Control System Architecture IX (ECSA 9) - The ECSA replaces the enroute host computer system, giving additional functionality such as improving information security and streamlines traffic flow at Caphirian international borders, processing flight radar data, providing communications support, real-time electronic aeronautical information and efficient data management, providing a fully functional backup system, precluding the need to restrict operations in the event of a primary failure, and more.

Communications

  • Shockwave Universal Control System (SUCS) - SUCS is an unmanned aerial system (UAS) "cockpit" that improves operator awareness and efficiency, while providing the ability to control multiple unmanned aircraft, and reduce potential accidents.
  • Shockwave Cerberus - A tool used by the Intelligence Community to record phone calls and Internet communications.
  • Shockwave Rapid-Deployment Units (SRDU) - A deployable emergency mobile cell tower capable of LTE, able to cover about six square miles, that is used by first responders and other public safety officials.
  • Shockwave Alcazar Technology Systems (SATS) - Also known as Alcazar technology, this is a wide range of LTE and data solutions which includes Virtual Core Network (vCN), eNodeB Base Stations, LTE Band 14 Outdoor Omni-Directional User Equipment, C-Band LTE User Equipment, LTE USB Stick Modem.

Autonomous systems

The NTS Group works alongside Shockwave Aerial Solutions to develop sensors, communication technologies, and power and energy management systems for its sea and air-based autonomous systems.

  • Project Aecor - Project Aecor is the development of long-duration ocean robots that help scientists, businesses, and governments gain new insights and improve decision making. Project Aecor services the interests of three industries: Defense (Anti-Submarine Warfare, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, and other military applications), Security (maritime border protection, illegal fishing, trafficking and smuggling support, and marine protected area monitoring), and Environmental Assessment (metocean monitoring to support science and commercial projects for climate, weather, marine mammal tracking, and offshore energy operations). Project Aecor systems are able to operate 24/7 thanks to innovative wave and solar power energy harvesting, serves as a communications gateway in a network of manned and unmanned assets, enabling seabed to space monitoring, can operate individually or in fleets to enable a network of sensors for monitoring and data collection. Aecor systems can function in a low profile and acoustically silent operation, ideal for patrol, surveillance and environmentally sensitive missions and asingle, shore-side operator can monitor and control multiple vehicles.
  • Project KRAKEN - KRAKEN is a fully autonomous extra large unmanned undersea vehicle (XLUUV) class UUV that can be used for a variety of missions that were previously impossible due to traditional UUV limitations. KRAKEN's advanced autonomy allows it to operate effectively in clear and congested waters without physical human contact. Its range covers 6,500 nm (1 fuel module) allowing the vehicle to perform long endurance operations. KRAKEN is also ohst ship independent meaning that its not launched from or recovered to a support vessel, nor does it require a support vessel for operation and is designed to incorporate a modular payload section for multiple uses up to 34 feet in length and 2000 cubic feet in volume, and can include payloads extending outside of its envelope.
  • Meridian - Meridian is a long-endurance unmanned aerial system (UAS) that is capable of delivering persistent imagery on land or at sea for a variety of commercial and defense missions. It can operate up to 19,500 feet (5,943 meters) and loiter over a battlefield for extended missions of 24+ hours, depending on system configuration. The latest version, Meridian Mk. IV, features upgraded avionics, expanded payload options and a new heavy fuel purpose-built propulsion system that dramatically improves reliability and performance. Meridian launches autonomously by a catapult launcher – no runway required – and is retrieved via a patented SkyHook recovery system and can fly in extreme environments and supports a range of image configurations that can be quickly modified in the field.
  • Leviathan - Leviathan is a modular, flexible and multi-mission capable solution for both land and maritime operations. It features six payload spaces can be customized with cameras, communication capabilities and other advanced, mission-specific technologies, has a small operational footprint which removes the need for a runway, and is able to rapidly integrate new payloads for expanded missions sets. Each space can hold 40 lbs and its flexible design makes it applicable to a wide range of missions, including search & rescue, disaster response, force protection, border security, asset protection, wildlife monitoring, fire fighting, and more.

Information Solutions Group

ISG is the data and IT division responsible for providing mission-critical cyber security tools, information technology and intelligence and analytical and support tools.

  • Advanced Data Analytics Solutions (ADA Solutions) - ADA Solutions is a leading data analytics solution, bringing situational awareness and decision superiority to decision makers worldwide across the Intelligence Community. ADA Solutions facilitates comprehensive situational awareness through rapid retrieval and presentation of real-time and historical data, providing a decision advantage to its users. One of ADA's most popular products is Clutch, a data framework providing both data consolidation and data federation. Clutch allows massive amounts of data to be rapidly ingested, normalized, extracted and federated. It can transform, standardize, and normalize structured and unstructured data into multiple formats for quick dissemination across multiple networks to enable data analytics and decision making. Clutch solutions are component-based, modular, highly reusable, scalable and portable. Powerful Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) functionality, with extended features, such as handling streaming data as well as bulk data processing for near real-time data delivery and processing both structured and unstructured text, requires application integration.
  • Enterprise Data Management Toolkit (EDMT) - The Enterprise Data Management Toolkit provides users with easy to use, reliable tools for processing, exploitation and dissemination of imagery, video, maps, and terrain. The suite of tools allow users to retrieve, convert, and manage image and geospatial information resources from locations around the world, and provide end-to-end geospatial data management solutions that offer flexibility, quality, and performance. It supports multiple client connections simultaneously and manages requests of query, chipping, full extraction, Reduced Resolution Data Set (RRDS) generation or format conversion.
  • Borealis Hardware - Borealis enables rapid bidirectional, cross-domain transfer to accelerate information sharing and enhance operations. It is the first flight-qualified and accredited TEMPEST hardware used on UAVs and Shockwave derivative aircraft. Borealis-based solutions have been certified/accredited at Protection Levels 3, 4, and 5 at several Intelligence Community data centers and Borealis is on the Unified Cross Domain Management Office (UCDMO) approved list of Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) products.
  • ISG also makes several software radio and digital communication systems for military applications such as Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC).

Cybersecurity Consulting Services

The CSS division delivers cybersecurity hardware and software tools to protect and enhance critical assets.

  • CSS SUMMIT - SUMMIT is a compact computing system used to support the development, test, and experimentation of cyber tools and techniques, as well as to train cybersecurity personnel. It allows modeling and simulation of complex missions and advanced threats for creation of security solutions and is CSS's hardware and software solution to efficiently network emulation, virtualization, and integration for training, platform validation, rehearsals and evaluations. CSS offers Cyber Test and Evaluation Services for customers’ training, workshop, and exercise needs, integrating SUMMIT with the specific systems and scenarios of each customer.
  • Advanced Malware Assessment Services (AMA Services) - AMA Services can leverage a proven process and multiple technologies, integrated into one portable solution for detecting advanced malware. This integrated suite of technologies provides real-time situational awareness of all network traffic, based on the behavior of entities operating across a network. Using passive network monitoring, AMA Services can rapidly identifies network threats without disruption to network operations or performance. AMA Services can discover and analyze the most advanced threats to a network by profiling threat actors and rapidly identifying compromised areas.

Global Services & Support

The GSS division designs, develops, produces, supports, maintains, modernizes and upgrades armored combat vehicles, wheeled vehicles, naval guns, surface ship combatants, commercial vessels, missile launchers, artillery systems, military ordnance, and protective wear and armor. GSS provides product-related maintenance and training to customers worldwide. GSS operates in 3 primary segments:

  • Engineering, Modifications & Maintenance - This division is responsible for optimizing performance and maintenance operations, providing the technical information and expertise to manage operations to delivering engineering and maintenance services to help customer operations running smoothly. This is done through maintenance and engineering services, maintenance execution, product modifications, technical content management, and consulting.
  • Supply Chain - This division is responsible for the access and delivery to the industry’s most advanced distribution network for genuine replacement parts. It offers complete supply chain solutions such as component repair and management, gear overhaul and exchange, and Material Solutions such as Component and Expendable Services.
  • Training & Professional Services - This division is dedicated to the lifecycle development of professionals, both within the government/defense and commercial sectors including pilots, technicians, cabin crew, and operations& administration management. It is focused on delivering innovative solutions to its customers with localized training consultation or skill development support, courseware and tools, research and technology and strategically placed training devices.

Shockwave Integrated Defense Technologies

Overview

SID Tech is responsible for defense and security-related systems, products and services. It produces and manufactures fighter aircraft, airlifters, aerial refuelling tankers, helicopters, and airborne warfare systems, firearms and a variety of items related to firearms including its own custom variants of the AR-15 rifle, advanced rail systems, custom upper receivers, and advanced barrels among others. It also designs and manufactures naval ships and submarines, and armoured fighting vehicles such as tanks, armoured cars, reconnaissance vehicles, internal security vehicles, APCs, infantry fighting vehicles, and anti-aircraft vehicles.

SID Tech is organized into two subdivisons: Shockwave Combat Solutions (SCS) and Shockwave Aerial Solutions (SAS), handling firearms, weapons, and vehicles and aircraft development respectively.

Shockwave Combat Solutions

Shockwave Combat Solutions (SCS) is the parent group of its firearms, naval vehicles, and armored fighting vehicle products, with each having its own respective division responsible for the development, manufacturing and production of its products.

Firearms & Manufacturing

FM is the business division responsible for manufacturing firearms and the variety of items related to firearms such as advanced rail systems, custom upper receivers, and advanced barrels, and more. FM is part of the Shockwave Combat Solutions Group, which itself is part of the larger Integrated Defense Technologies division.

S-Mageon 1 Series Handgun 9x19mm The Mageon is a fully ambidextrous polymer-framed, striker-fired semi-automatic pistol. It utilizes a removable serialized chassis frame, which can be easily modified with a replaceable grip frame housing and is simply to disassemble and maintain. The lightweight frame housing is made of fiberglass-reinforced technopolymer. Available in Flat Dark Earth or Polar White.
S-Mageon 1 Combat Variant Handgun 9x19mm A variant of the main Mageon, the Combat Series features a factory standard 1/2x28TPI threaded barrel and accepts 4 different RDO mounting styles. The threaded barrel comes with a standard thread protector. The slide has been machined to receive a variety of red dot optics, and includes a cover plate to provide a smooth surface on the slide when no red dot optic is in use. The four interface adapters included with the pistol are RMR, Cmore, Deltapoint Pro, and Burris Fast Fire.

S-Mageon 1 Nasco Variant Handgun 9mm The Nasco variant extends the Mageon family to the sub-compact carry size, with a 6+1 and an 8+1 (Extended) magazine. It is designed specifically for military and law enforcement users who have a need for ultra concealment but want similar handling characteristics and ergonomics to their duty pistols. It features a Low-Bore Axis, easily manipulated slide catch, reversible magazine release, aggressive slide serrations, and a smooth DAO style trigger.

The S-Mavora VI is a semi-automatic pistol intended for personal defense and law enforcement use. The Mavora uses a modular design which can be adapted to different needs and modes of operations, and is available in a number of powerful calibers. It features an interchangeable, luminescent 3-dot sight system, a rail rail under the muzzle to allow flashlights, laser sights, and other accessories to be attached.
S-Sadeon LXVI Handgun 7.65 mm The Sadeon 66 is a compact, medium frame semi-automatic pistol that features an ambidextrous manual safety, disassembly latch, and chamber loaded indicator. It was co-developed with the Sadeon 47.
S-Sadeon XLVII Handgun 9mm short The Sadeon 47 is a short caliber double-action pistol with staggered magazine and manual safety with hammer decocking device. The magazine release is reversible, and the enlarged combat trigger guard provides support for a two-handed hold or use with gloves. It features a corrosion-resistant anodized alloy frame with matte black finish and chromium-plated bore. The Sadeon 47 also shares the same ambidextrous manual safety, disassembly latch, chamber loaded indicator from the Sadeon 66.

S-Racello CMLV Semi-Automatic Shotgun 12-gauge The Racello 955 is a gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun designed for tactical, self-defense, and law enforcement applications. The 955 uses cold-hammer-forged barrels with chrome-lining and parkerized external finishes; the frame is made from aluminum with an anodized finish. It features a proprietary choke constriction system and is ideal for negotiating tight spaces.
S-Necsora DCCVII Semi-Automatic Shotgun 12-gauge The Necsora 707 is an Auto-Regulated Gas-Operated (A.R.G.O.) semi-auto combat service shotgun. Because it is designed for active use, the 707 features a high level of reliability: The metalwork is chrome-plated, anodized or coated with heavy phosphate to prevent corrosion under the most grueling conditions, can reliably function for at least 25,000 rounds without replacement of any major parts, and requires little maintenance and operates in all climates and weather conditions. The 707 features a modular design and allows a user to quickly exchange the various assembly groups (barrel, buttstock, forearm, etc.) without the use of tools. It also features a collapsible buttstock, a rail system, 2 types of choke tubes (internal and adapter), 2 barrel configs (14" and 18.5"), and 2 magazine types (7+1 and 5+1).
S-Padalo TPA Pump-Action Shotgun 12-gauge The Padalo TPA is a tactical pump-action shotgun made from a strong, corrosion-resistant, single-piece synthetic stock and receiver. The design also features a steel skeletal framework over-molded with high-tech polymer. The Padalo comes standard with a fixed cylinder choke, a massive 2-lug rotary locking head to contain chamber pressure, ergonomic trigger/safety guards, ghost-ring or open-rifle sights, and a push-button shell stop to allow a chambered shell to be removed without releasing rounds from the magazine. Optional modifications to the Padalo include 3-dot tritium inserts into the ghost-ring sight, a tactical gun case, gun stock, and a mercury recoil-reducer and bracket. The Padalo comes in two lengths (14" and 18.5") and two magazine types (6+1 and 4+1)
S-Padalo Type II TPA Pump-Action Shotgun 12-gauge The Type II variant Padalo TPA is a tactical pump-action shotgun that features the same unique one-piece receiver design from the main Padalo and weather-proofing technology from the Necsora 707. The biggest changes to the Type II are the three modular buttstocks (Pistol Grip, ShockTech®, and a telescoping stock) and the proprietary URGDESISTO® technology which allows a rapid interchange of the chambered ammo in order to have the right round for the operational need in seconds. The Type II also features a custom recoil reduction system, is chambered for 3-1/2-inch magnum, and comes in 24", 26", or 28" barrels. It also comes in three models, A, B, and C. Model A features a variety of barrel and sight configurations, an enlarged trigger guard for gloved hands and is mostly intended for hunting, Model B features a steady grip was designed for improve steadiness, and Model C features an 18.5" or 14" barrel with a fixed cylinder choke.
S-Duosiceoni Convertible Dual-Action Shotgun 12-gauge The Duosiceoni is a convertible semi-auto pump shotgun, offering semi-auto or pump action, depending on the specific purpose. It can deliver fast cycling semi-auto fire with conventional loads or pump-action for low-energy, special purpose loads. It features a fixed cylinder choke, bolt-lock lever, rotary locking head, and a telescoping stock with 5 positions. It comes in two barrel lengths (14.5" and 18.5") and two magazines (7+1 and 4+1).

The Pelingo can use pistol magazines, or its own 30-round magazine. Thanks to its incredible comfortable handling, the Pelingo is especially indicated for use in narrow and space-limited places, and extensive use of technopolymers has allowed it to be very light and ergonomic. There is a rail on top for mounting scopes, laser aiming devices or flashlights, and another rail underneath for vertical foregrips or additional accessories. The Pelingo also has ambidextrous controls and was made for extremely quick and simple field stripping, striking a balance of performance, versatility, reliability, and safety.
S-Komingo Submachine gun 9x19mm The Komingo submachine gun was developed specifically for the needs of law enforcement and military users around the world. Reliable, accurate, and safety are some of its key features. The Komingo is compact and lightweight; designed with polymer materials and light alloy metals. The operation of the Komingo is based on a blowback system designed with a closed-bolt firing mode. The barrel and bolt are machined from a special high-strength steel to withstand harsh environments and abusive conditions. It uses a three-position fire selector which easily accessible for right and left-handed users and can be easily concealed by folding the stock with the push of a button.

SAR-Cileo CCXX Assault rifle 7.62x51 mm The Cileo 220 is a modular assault rifle exclusively available for military and law enforcement use. It operates through a short-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt, featuring normal, adverse and suppressed firing, and has a cyclic rate of fire of around 600–650 rounds per minute. It has fully ambidextrous controls, including a bolt catch lever, magazine release button and fire selector. It is equipped with a quick-change, free-floating, cold hammer-forged barrel which can be removed and replaced in a minute using one wrench. There are two distinct sub-variants: the Cileo 220BR which features a 40mm grenade launcher attachment, a foldable telescopic stock with adjustable cheek rest, shock absorber back plate and four fixed sling attachments; and the Cileo 220DR, which features a computerized Intelligent Combat Sight (ICS) which integrates a laser rangefinder, an inclinometer and a ballistic calculator into a compact 6×40 optic.

The Salitar 100 is a semi-automatic assault rifle available for the civilian market. It features a rail on the top of the receiver for mounting various optics, on both sides of the hand guard for mounting various accessories and on the bottom of the handguard for mounting various grips, a quick change barrel, a barrel length of 16-inch, a folding back-up iron sights, ambidextrous fire/safety selector, magazine release, bolt release and charging handle, and a telescopic folding buttstock that is also adjustable for length of pull. The receiver is made from a lightweight polymer that allows for reliable operation with virtually no lubricant. It has no pins and can be completely disassembled with no tools at all. The Salitar can fire 700 rounds per minute.

The Davark 110 is a modular assault rifle is only available for military and law enforcement use. It features a rail on the top of the receiver for mounting various optics, on both sides of the hand guard for mounting various accessories and on the bottom of the handguard for mounting various grips, a quick change barrel, a barrel length of 12- and 16-inch, a folding back-up iron sights, ambidextrous fire/safety selector, magazine release, bolt release and charging handle, case ejector that can eject the empty brass either to the right side or left side by pressing on the case ejection selector. It was replaced by the Cileo rifle but still remains popular in use. Three variants have been made: the Davark 110B features a shorter buttstock, an extended rail on the bottom of its handguard and uses a 12-inch barrel; the Davark 110D features a redesigned handguard, where its top row air vent slits have been replaced with a larger square cut outs - which reduces some weight of the rifle while letting more air to circulate around the barrel, a rail on the bottom of its handguard, an improved pistol grip design and a barrel length of 11- and 16-inch; the Davark 110F is a semi-automatic variant that is only available for the civilian market and features a .22 cartridge ideal for a tactical training rifle.
SM-Vetilla IV Carbine .223 Rem The SM-Vetilla 4 is a semi-automatic rifle available for both civilian and military and law enforcement use. It uses the A.R.G.O. gas operating system and comes in the three barrel lengths: 12.5”, 16" and 20"; and comes in two stocks: a standard hunting rifle stock and sporting stock with fixed buttstock and pistol grip. The Vetilla features nine attachment points for slings to accommodate multiple carry options, does not require tools for disassembly, and when the last round fires, the bolt locks to the rear.

The SM-Cateri 9 is a pistol-caliber semi-automatic carbine aimed at the sporting, personal defense, and law enforcement markets. It is the "civilian" version of the S-Pelingo submachine gun and was developed to be used in conjunction with semi-automatic pistols. The Cateri 9 includes a rail and tri-rail (bottom and side rails) for accessories and it is partially ambidextrous. Its stock is made from technopolymer and was designed to be completely and easily adaptable to the needs of most shooters.

The Ostela 5 is a bolt-action sniper rifle that is available in multiple calibers, manually operated and shoulder-fired, as well as magazine-fed. It has a high-capacity magazine and fully adjustable stock that make it a multi-functional system in a single weapon, suitable for many different situations. The Ostela 5 sniper weapon transforms from a compact medium range precision tool into a full-bodied sniper platform capable of engaging targets out to 1500 m and beyond--in minutes and virtually without tools. It features a steel receiver, a rail on top of its receiver for mounting various optical sights and on the stock bottom for bipod mounting. The barrel is free floating, meaning that can be equipped with special muzzle brakes that have a mounting interface for quick detachable suppressors. It is offered in various barrel lengths of 16", 20", 23.5", 26", and 27". The Ostela 5 has a side-folding and fully adjustable buttstock, ambidextrous controls, a manual safety that is located inside the trigger guard which is in front of the trigger, and uniquely designed tactical indicators which helps identify different modular components for different calibers, where every caliber-depending component is specially marked so users can recognize the caliber of each part visually or by touch.

The Saarora III is a light bolt-action sniper rifle offering optimal, compact and light weight choice for Law Enforcement and urban applications in which a specialized scope rifle, accurate shot to medium range engagement capability and versatility are high priority. It is offered in small and medium calibers and in several configurations together with a range of complementing accessories. It features a double-stage trigger, an interchangeable fore-end interface, a modular chassis, and full aluminum bedding.

  • Combat Clothing Kit - The SCS Combat Kit includes apparel and equipment such as: Base (long sleeve t-shirt/long sleeve t-shirt with zipper/tights); Under Layer (set of t-shirts/boxers/ultralight shirt/tights); Intermediate BDU (pipstop polyammide jacket & pants); Outer Cold (Gore-Tex rain shell jacket & pants); Combat (Dryarn body, ripstop cotton long sleeve); and Accessories (summer cotton cap/winter bonnet/ski mask/neck band/summer socks/winter socks/combat Kevlar gloves/winter gloves/summer gloves).
  • Flame Resistant Kit - The SCS Flame Resistant Kit contains a base layer of thermal pants and a long sleeve turtleneck, an underlayer of tights, underwear, 100% meta-aramid seamless t-shirts, a short-sleeve shirt, and a long-sleeve crew-neck vest. The Intermediate BDU layer is a pair of Gore-Tex jackets and pants, an outer rain layer of a Gore-Tex Pyrad shell jacket and pants, a combat layer that consists of a Firetek and Gore Pyrad combat shirt, and a balaclava ski mask, mask, and neckband as accessories.
  • Mountain Kit - The SCS Mountain Kit contains a short and long-sleeve t-shirt, quarter pants, a stretch jacket and pants, a Primaloft jacket, an over-jacket and over-pants, and various mountaineering accessories such as ski masks, ski boots, an alpine skiing pole, a pair of skis, a ski seal skin, a snow emergency / working paddle, an emergency helmet, and a Ergo Tex climbing set.

Binoculars

SCS has three lines of military-spec binoculars, it's Alpha, Delta, and Omega series. Each series is constructed to ensure stability even under severe shock and vibration and uses an unbreakable binocular housing that can withstand oils, solvents, heat, cold, sun and saltwater. It also uses a proprietary nitrogen system to pressurize up to 14 psi to ensure absolute quality, positive internal pressure, and zero fogging and water intrusion despite severe conditions and are all immersion waterproof, some to depths of 5 meters.

  • Alpha Series - The Alpha Series binoculars are built to stringent military specifications, ruggedly designed for the fiercest conflicts and toughest environments, and have earned a reputation for performance and durability in countless tactical applications under extreme conditions. All models feature an integrated reticle that can be used to judge both the height and distance to a target, and are available with either Generation II or Generation III LPF (Laser Protection Filters) to authorized buyers. The A4xx models feature an integrated compass giving the ability to accurately identify targets and determine bearings and distance to the single degree. The Alpha Series provides 7x, 8x, 10x, 15x, 20x, and 25x magnification and all feature fully multi-coated optics systems.
  • Delta Series - The Delta Series binoculars are designed for patrol duty, tactical operations and surveillance missions that require fast capture, clear images and sharp detail under all conditions. The porro prism design delivers bright, three-dimensional images, sharp resolution, and wide field of view. The Delta Series provides 7x, 10x, and 20x magnification.
  • Omega Series - The Omega Series binoculars are combat-ready, ergonomic, rugged, reliable, and compact. The smallest Omega binocular weighs just 357 grams with 8x magnification and wide field of view and the largest pair doubles in weight and magnification.

Beacons

SCS produces a number of tracking beacons in various configurations and utilize a combination of technologies.SCS Beacons feature compact designs and are rugged, reliable and easy to attach to virtually any surface or object. Beacons are available in thermal, NIR, NWIR and SWIR spectral modes and can be fitted with NVGs and commercial cameras. SCS has four commercially available beacon products:

  • Airfield Beacon - The Airfield Beacon is a compact remotely triggered beacon designed for marking covert airstrips and landing zones. Its UHF transceiver is programmed with seven discrete channels and can be remotely activated from up to 6km away. With standard night vision goggles it can be detected from 15 km.
  • Nova Beacon - The Nova Beacon is a multi-spectral combat ID beacon with thermal, NIR and white LED emitters that covertly mark blue force personnel and vehicles. In thermal mode, it emits no visible signature and is undetectable by conventional night vision. The operator can easily set up the Nova for NIR, thermal, visible white light or combinations of thermal and NIR. It features 6 emitter locations which can be equipped with any combination of emitters, multiple Nova beacons can be synchronized to flash in unison, which can can be programmable to assist in identification of multiple users and teams, and it is completely self-contained. Can be used on a helmet, MOLLE vest, pack or vehicle.
  • Star Beacon - The Star Beacon is a state of the art thermal IFF beacon that is undetectable by the naked eye, night vision goggles or commercial video cameras. It is visible to MWIR targeting pods for up to 8 nautical miles (15 km). It is small with a low-profile that can easily mount to helmets and vehicles.Like Nova Beacons, multiple Star Beacons can be synchronized to flash in unison, features a battery pack that provides a minimum of 6 hours of continuous use and provides full hemispherical divergence for visibility from horizon to zenith.
  • MCID Beacon - The tri-band MCID is a multi-spectral combat ID beacon for covertly marking blue force personnel and vehicles. With a low-profile design, it matches the shape of a helmet for secure attachment and can also be mounted to MOLLE vests, packs or vehicles. Versions are available with mid-wave infrared (MWIR), near infrared (NIR) and short wave infrared (SWIR) or MWIR, NIR and visible (VIS). The MCID is detectable at night at ranges up to 5-8 nm by typical aircraft imaging pods and is completely undetectable in thermal and SWIR modes. It also features a low-profile toggle switches provide individual control of thermal, SWIR and NIR emitters, full hemispherical light distribution for visibility from all directions, and can be synchronized together.

Imaging systems

  • Low Profile Night Vision Goggle (LP-NVG 505) - The LP-NVG 505 is a low profile night vision goggle that offers sensor integration and low-profile see-through technology. Designed for special operations in any environment, the patented low-profile design offers 3-4 inches less protrusion that conventional night vision goggles to enable a wider range of applications. The 505 features see-through optics to instantly transition to bright light, a reduced center of gravity for great comfort and extended wear, provides enhanced situational awareness with sensor integrations, and eliminates vertigo and tunnel vision associated with conventional systems. It is ideal for high-speed vehicle operation, parachute jumps and aggressive use over rough terrain.
  • Low Profile Night Vision Monocular (LP-NVG 505M) - The 505M is the monocular variant of the 505 Goggle, providing all the same features including sensor overlay technology.
  • EHUD Mk. II - The Enhanced Heads Up Display provides improved situational awareness, reduced sensor-to-shooter gap and enhanced capability to detect, recognize and identify targets. It is a lightweight, compact and ruggedized HUD that is day or night capable. The EHUD is designed to work with the 505 Goggle and all of its variants. Featuring state-of-the-art sensor integration, the EHUD accepts SVGA/VGA format color video signals or NTSC/PAL black & white video signals, vdeo feeds are overlaid directly onto the operational view via an SVGA OLED, displays key sensor information such as communication, navigation, threat assessment and targeting data directly onto the day or night view.

Maritime Systems

The MS division designs and manufactures naval ships and submarines, develops naval systems, wet-end sensors, signal processing and complete anti-submarine warfare systems, advanced shipboard radar, track management, electronic warfare and other systems to counter sea-based threats. MS shares resources and technology with its sister company, O'Shea Heavy Industrial Systems.
