Ovalutia s a Province of the Imperium of Caphiria located on Caphiria's southern half of the island Urlazio. Ovalutia shares borders with the provinces of Caenna to its west, Salbis to its east, Luria and Netharra to its north, and the Urlazian Sea to its south. With a population of only 2.3 million, it is the 3rd-smallest province in the Imperium. The capital of Ovalutia is Castra Vetera, which is situated on the Sybaesa Port, one of the primary ports for the Imperial Navy. Due to its mild climate, scenery, and gambling facilities, Ovalutia has a status as a tourist destination and recreation centre for the rich. Ovalutia is known for its coastal resorts and towns, Latinic and medieval architecture, its wines, and museums.
