Asperidan

Kásen

Kásen is a city in western Asperidan State, located in the Corcoran Mountains of the Western Highlands. It is best known as a tourist destination and a hub for winter and alpine sporting and recreation.

Kásen hosted the [YEAR] Winter Ixlympics and is the only city to have hosted the Pan-Kiravian Winter Tournament four times. The PKWT's Central Organising Committee has been based in Kásen since Template:H:title.

Kásen was founded by pioneers belonging to the Visikirem Coscivian ethnic group, who account for 45% of the city's present population. The Visikiran Coscivian language is widely spoken in the town, and Visikirem customs and cuisine are an important feature of the city's character and tourist branding.

Kásen forms the core of the Kásen Micropolitan Area, which includes several smaller towns and villages with permanent populations, as well as a number of ski resort settlements, winter villages, and cabin developments. Kásen acts as a market town and service hub for these outlying communities.

Castera

Belārus

Belarus (Coscivian: Belārus, pron. /bel·AYR·ʌs/) is a city in the Kiravian state of Castera.

Initially named Alþisar, the city was renamed in 21121 in honour of Árelius Pelāruv, a Kiravian general born in the city who later fought for Kommenori in the IxNapoleonic wars. In Greek, Pelāruv’s name was rendered as Avrelios Pelairos, and in Latin it was rendered Aurelius Belærus or Aurelius Belarus. The name’s similarity to that of the nation of Belarus is thus entirely coīncidental.

Belarus is home to the famous University of Belarus, a national leader in scientific research and varsity athletics, as well as Belarus State University (a public institution), and Aurelian College (a Coscivian Orthodox one).

Prime Executive Netanèn Grancanon, who led the Federacy through the conclusion of the Tropical Sea Wars, was born and raised in Belārus, and is buried at St. Epimachus churchyard within the city limits.

Kāsikova

Kāsikova is the capital of Kastera and its fifth-largest city.

Varuna

Varuna is the largest city in the state of Kastera.

After Kirosocialism, Varuna lead the way in transitioning away from traditional manufacturing and towards more "flexible" manufacturing models and specialised industries. Pro-growth policies under Governors X and Y were especially effective in the Varuna area and fostered the flowering of a 212nd century economy with a strong service sector and consistently low employment.

Important business entities headquartered in Varuna include the Settlement Construction Bank, the Kiravian Dairy Board, Reliant Airways, and the Vertigon Group.

Xūrosar

Xūrosar (English: Kingston ) is the second-largest city and principal port in the Kiravian state of Castera. Located at the mouth of the Navēsin River on the coast of the Kilikas Sea. It was founded during the Cromwelute Wars as a Commonwealth fort and naval harbour dedicated to High King Ruarí mac Duinnshleibe of Dáltìre and Emperor Carticus II as King of Éorsa (a subsidiary title of the Coscivian Emperors).

Located on the coast and close to the major coal and other mineral deposits of the Eastern Highlands, Xūrosar was the third Kiravian city to industrialise, and has historically specialised in heavy manufacturing. Xūrosar is the capital of the Kiravian domestic automobile industry, and as such has suffered economically from trade deals with nations like Urcea and Pauldustllah that command a comparative advantage in cars. Nonetheless, the motor industry, sustained by demand for higher-end cars, trams and buses, and military and industrial vehicles, remains an important sector of the local economy. Three shipbuilding firms currently operate drydocks in the city. Kilika Brewing SAK, the Federacy’s third-largest manufacturer of beer, after Alquifer Incorporated and Fualmún SAK, is headquartered in Xūrosar and manufactures over 60% of its annual output at its flagship brewery on West Nordfall Street.

Xūrosar’s population is predominantly (83.5%) Coscivian, with the largest non-Coscivian groups being Celts (9.4%) and Finns (3.8%). Arnoriem Coscivians, who historically dominate the surrounding region, are the largest single Coscivian group in the city. Northern Coscivians, Antarem Coscivians, North Peninsular Coscivians, Ærem Coscivians, Kaltem Coscivians, Meridian Coscivians, and Eastern Highlanders are among the many Coscivian subgroups with large populations in the city.

Culturally, Xūrosar belongs to the North Coast cultural region.

Nicknamed the “Buckle of the Hockey Belt”, Xūrosar is home to the Xūrosar Skuas of the Levantian Hockey League and the Xūrosar Turbines of the Northern Hockey Union. The Xūrosar Millers of the Federal Fieldball League also play in the city.

Fariva

Epsilar is a city in County Telbrant, located five kilometres from the Béyasar city limits. It is notable for its large Levantine population, and for being the birthplace of the Levantian Union Party. Originally a working-class community inhabited mostly by Coscivian immigrants from Éorsa and Triatha, the Kiravian economic resurgence in the 211290s caused living standards in the city to rise and turned certain sections of it into affordable but pleasant residential space for professionals. The nucleus of the Levantine community was formed by a few dozen Urcean expatriate families who settled in the vicinity of St. Mark's Catholic church in 21192, which grew rapidly as trade with Urcea increased. Kuhlfrosians, especially Gothic-Kuhlfrosians, sought out the city as immigrant-friendly, and began to cement the city as a major destination for Levantine immigrants.

The population of Epsilar is 30% Kuhlfrosian, 22% Urcean, 8% Latin, and 3% Kistani, with most of the remainder being Coscivian. It should be noted that many Coscivian residents of Epsilar also have Levantian ancestry but are classed as Coscivians due to strict patrilineality. 76% of residents are Roman Catholics, served by eight Latin Rite parishes, two of which are of a Traditionalist orientation. Lebhan, Gaelic, Lagyar, Gothic, Sorrentian Latin, and Rexish German are all spoken in the city, and can be found in written form on storefronts and in local publications.

The Levantian Union Party was founded in Epsilar by Vespasian Odrilaven, himself an Urcean-Kiravian and a lifelong resident. The party first appeared on a ballot in the Epsilar municipal election, and today holds 4 of 5 seats on the City Council. In the 21206 Stanora election, Epsilar and County Telbrant as a whole voted overwhelmingly for Odrilaven and the other LUP candidates, though only Odrilaven was elected to the Stanora.

Madisar

Madisar is a satellite city on the northern end of the Béyasar metropolitan area. It is widely considered the most liberal and Westernised community in the nation.

After the end of Kirosocialism and the accompanying economic liberalisation, Madisar was one of the first Kiravian cities to experiment with modern city branding and city marketing, with the goal of positioning itself as "Kiravia's International City" to attract foreign businesses, investment, and human capital. It is consistently ranked as one of the best Kiravian cities for expatriates and the most Anglophone-friendly city in the nation.

Madisar was founded as a mill and market-town by Coscivian colonists from eastern Taństedan in 20546. As Fariva industrialised beginning in the 20970s, Madisar, which was located near (but not quite on) the eastern seaboard's fall line, became a secondary center of industrial activity. Under Kirosocialist rule during the 21160s, the government of Fariva established the Fariva Technical Institute in Madisar, which trained a large number of informaticians, engineers and scientists. After the fall of Kirosocialism and the Kiravian economic miracle of the 21190s, Madisar became home to many wealthy Kiravians who had made their fortunes in Béyasar, many with the help of foreign investors and markets, and also to many FTI-educated returnees who had emigrated during the cuahyrvrætor. This influx of residents with cosmopolitan worldviews laid the foundation for Madisar's later reputation as a center of Western culture in Kiravia.

Most Madisar residents belong to the professional and international business classes or are affiliated with the city's two institutions of higher learning: the Fariva Technical Institute and Darmon University, a Western-style institution where English is the medium of instruction. According to the State Executive, Madisar has more international passport-holders (not to be confused with Kiravian internal passports) per capita than any other census tract with over 10,000 inhabitants at 763 passport-holders per 1,000 residents. The average rate for the entire Federacy is 411 passport-holders per 1,000 residents. A study conducted by Darmon University found that 53% of Madisar residents were fluent English speakers, compared to 2.4% nationwide, and 36% of non-immigrant residents had lived abroad for a year or more, compared to 16% nationwide.

Madisar is a rather secular city by Kiravian standards, statistically more so than any other city of significant size. While several large towns in Xirya have fewer religious affiliates (much of the unaffiliated population being irreligious theïsts and deïsts), Madisar has a greater share of residents classed as "nontheïst and irreligious" than any Kiravian city of significant size at 21.4%. The city is home to the second-largest Unitarian Universalist congregation in the Federacy after the First Unitarian Church of Valēka. 47.6% of residents declared a religious affiliation to the 21200 Kiravian Census, with the largest being Catholicism, the Archepiscopalianism, and Mercantile Reform Protestantism, the Bahá'í Faith, Methodism, Unitarian Christianity, and Liberal Catholicism.

Notable businesses headquartered in Madisar include SALIX Application Development SAK, White Charcoal World Capital, Window Vista Real Estate Corporation, ProPisca Marketing SAK, Courier-New Messaging & Teletype SAK, Tower of Scrabble Translation SAK, and Maximal International Patent & Trademark PLR.

Municipal politics is partisan and competitive. The statewide Freedom Plus Party (classical liberal) and the New Direction Party (post-Kirosocialist, progressive) are the main contenders. The Liberal Democratic Party of Kiravia is represented on the city council and boasts its strongest electoral results in Madisar.

Western left-liberal left-leaning college state of a place. Remember to add the Progressive Caste migration to here after they were kicked out of Kartika, as well as Dragunoviç's speech.

Svéntren

Svéntren is a settlement in County Koffin, Fariva that is officially designated as a refugee camp by the Kiravian government. It is inhabited by 10th, 11th, and 12th-generation descendants of the Kiravian population expelled from the island of Wintergen by the Burgundian North Levantine Trading Company in Template:H:title.

Svéntren was founded in Template:H:title at the behest of Vistur L.R.A. Svén, the Delegate representing Wintergen in the Federal Stanora. Noticing that his constituents were having difficulty adjusting to the urban environments of Valēka and Béyasar, where they had arrived after being deported from their home island, Svén introduced the Wintergen Expellee Accommodation Act, which appropriated ◊3,500 for the purpose of purchasing land where the refugees could live more comfortably. Svén had himself appointed as the sole member of the Select Committee on Refugees and visited several locations in Kiygrava, Mariava, and Fariva before choosing a tract of coastal land in County Koffin. Refugees trickled in during the early autumn of that year and quickly went about constructing log cabins, as they had long done in Wintergen's lumber camps. The residents took to calling the encampment "Svéntren", literally "Svén's Tract" or "Svén's Homestead".

The expellees from Wintergen arrived at Svéntren believing that their situation was temporary, and that the Kiravian Navy would soon recapture their island and allow them to return home. As such, they were content to live off of charitable donations from other patriotic Kiravians and stipends granted to them under the Wintergen Expellee Accomodation Act, and did not bother to bring any of Svéntren's land under cultivation or establish any other means of self-sufficiency beyond some low-intensity fishing. But as the 210th century bore on, most of the original expellees realised that they would not see Wintergen liberated in their lifetimes. Many of the expellees and their first-generation descendants born in Great Kirav sought outside employment, and many eventually left the community for destinations as far-flung as Porfíria, Thýstara, and the Sakhalin Islands. Still, about as many chose to stay in Svéntren and take up agriculture or fishing or travel to nearby towns as labourers.

Contemporary Svéntren is intensely proud of its Wintergen heritage and supportive of the Wintergen government-in-exile. Pre-invasion Wintergen flags are flown from most buildings in the settlement, and many cars sport license plates issued by the government-in-exile. The gravel streets are named after various towns, counties, and timber camps in old Wintergen, and since Template:H:title, a group of residents has run a stall at the Koffin County Fair to raise awareness of the island's plight. Like most Kiravian communities, Svéntren observes Sāxna Būraktorsk Gromhélulya, the holiday celebrating the joint Coscivian-Celtic-Finnic defeat and genocide of the Cromwelutes, but in Svéntren the celebrations take on a distinctly anti-Burgundine flavour that conflates Burgundines with the Cromwelute Vikings and incorporates the burning of Burgundine flags and the immolation of members of the House of Christensen-Fakolan in effigy. The National Conservative Party of Fariva, a Coscivian nationalist party with a rather minor presence in Farivan state politics, routinely wins 40-60% of the vote in Svéntren with its strong irredentist stance on Wintergen.

Today most Svéntren residents report their ethnicity as Wintergen Coscivian on the Kiravian Census, although their ancestry (traceable through genealogical records meticulously kept to maintain residents' eligibility for refugee benefits) contains a mixture of various seafaring Coscivian subgroups, Meridian Finns, and Gaels. Just over 80% of residents belong to the Insular Apostolic Church, and the settlement has its own Apostolic chapel served by a visiting priest. Svéntren has a very high (46%) rate of unemployment, with many residents subsisting on Wintergen Permanent Fund dividends and welfare payments from the state government.

Primóra is the largest city in Hanoram and a major port on Míhanska Bay. As the northernmost ice-free port on the Eastern Seaboard, Primóra has important trade and transport links with the cities of Upper and Central Kirav.

The city's population is over 90% Coscivian, with the largest non-Coscivian minorities being Gaels, Tryhstians, Slakonians, Woolzi Arabs, and Kommenorenes. Major Coscivian ethnosocial groups living in Primóra include Antarem, Ærem, Peninsular Coscivians, Porphyrian Coscivians, and Eastern Highlanders. The majority of all Porphyrian Coscivians in the world live in Primóra and its environs, and Porphyro-Coscivian culture is an important component of the city's ethnic and cultural mixture.

Primóra has a prominent place in Kiravian intellectual life and is noted for its contributions to high culture. The Primóra Conservatory (affiliated with X University since YYYYY) is the most highly-regarded in the nation for instruction in both Coscivian and international music, and the Primóra Symphony Orchestra is considered on-par with its counterpart in Valēka. Primórans are extremely proud of their city's literary heritage, and are able to count numerous great authors among their number, inxluding W, X, Y, and Z.

During the Template:H:title, Primóra was instrumental in the development of the ɣòlsimèn ("synthtone") genre of Kiravian electronic music. Along with Escarda and Xūrosar, it was one of the genre's main regional scenes, with Primóra synthtone distinguishable by its darker, heavier style.

The city is home to the Primóra Warhawks of the Federated Fieldball League.

Kallumsar

Kallumsar is a city in central Hanoram and the seat of County Épinor. It is the second-largest city in the state.

Kallumsar is considered the core city of Hanoram's traditional Tínorem culture, with the Tínorem remaining the largest single Coscivian ethnosocial group in the city, followed by Antarem, Ærem, and Lærem.

Kallumsar is roughly equidistant from the national capital, Kartika, the state capital Varyakivon, and the state economic hub Primóra. Becaue of its location, it has become very popular with commuters, particularly young parents employed in these cities and keen on maintaining access to urban amenities but seeking a more traditional environment and lifestyle for their families.

Hértevin

Hértevin is a sattelite city of Kartika, located in the Kiravian state of Hanoram, known for its pleasant environment and high standard of living, consistently ranking highly in listings of the best places to live in the Kartika metropolitan area and the Federacy at large. It is regarded as a highly walkable city dense with opportunities for shopping, dining, entertainment, and cultural experience.

Hértevin has a heavily service-based economy, including professional services both linked to government in Kartika and serving private citizens of the surrounding area, biomedical research, and high-end retail, dining, and hospitality services geared towards the affluent population of the capital region. It is home to several major medical and bioscience institutions, including the Hértevin Medical Cantonment, a Kiravian Forces hospital and headquarters of the Kiravian Army Medical Corps, the Federal Physiological Institute, and the federal Countercontagion Agency. A number of private biomedical engineering, pharmaceutical, and research firms drawing on the human capital generated by these institutions and the wider Federal Capital Region's institutions of higher learning have established themselves in the city. Hértevin is also home to a branch office of the Ixnay International Health Organisation.

Hértevin is a high-income community whose residents are largely republican-class, belonging primarily to the segments that correspond to the Western upper-middle class. More affordable real estate, lower taxes, and a better public education system than the District of Coïnvra, combined with immediate proximity to the capital and a well-developed public transit structure make Hértevin attractive to young professionals and republican-class families tied to the District. As a result, a significant portion of Hértevin residents are employed in the governance, legal, and scientific sectors.

Due to the high concentration of medical and life science establishments in the city, Hértevin has more physicians per capita than any Kiravian settlement with over 1,000 people. According to a Hanoram government survey, more death certificates are issued in Hértevin than any city in the state besides Primóra, a statistical outlier owing to the presence of the Federal Medical Cantonment.

The population of Hértevin is predominantly (87%) Coscivian, but diverse in terms of the different Coscivian ethnosocial groups represented. The Merïem, Norboriem, Formem, Vortarem, Engrïem, Kóursem, and Antarem are all present in large numbers, and the Kalistem are particularly prominent due to their high rate of involvement in the sciences and medicine. Hanoram's traditionally-dominant Tínorem, Southern Tańrisem, and Ærem groups are relatively rare in the city, as is typical of the inner Kartika suburbs. Hértevin is home to a small but significant Francophone community of Axiench and Vannoisien expatriates, most of whom are involved in diplomacy or the medical field. The Audonian Orthodox parish of St. Cyprien serves the Vannoisien community, and Mass is offered in French at Hértevin's two Catholic churches, St. Margareta Maria and St. Ioanna Arcá.

Hértevin is served by the Capital Metropolitan Transit Authority's Blue Line, with stops at Hértevin Station and Cantonment Station. Bus service is provided by the CMTA, Ardrossan County Transit, and the Hanoram State Transit Authority, offering connexions to the rest of the Kartika metropolitan area and most of Hanoram.

Kérvoak is the largest city of the island state of Ilánova, as well as its economic hub and leading port.

Organisations based in Kérvoak include the left-wing nationalist Saor Cíarabh political party, the Ilánova Ornithological Society, the Institute for the History of Pre-Modern Urban Gardening, the Cod Wars Veterans Memorial Foundation, and Your Mom.

Kérvoak is known for its three grand universities: Kāmeþorn University, Kérvoak Imperial College, and St. Cóemgen's College. Kāmeþorn University is a state-funded but largely autonomous élite institution that orders its curriculum and governance according to the Kaltan Rule, having been founded by emigrants from the Old Coscivian province of Kalta. It is known for having played an important role in the Kilikas Enlightenment. Imperial College, governed according to the Classical Coscivian rule, is also state-funded but, like Kāmeþorn, independent of the Ilánova State University System; and St. Cóemgen's is a private college affiliated with the Insular Apostolic Church and steeped in its ancient scholarly traditions, where Classical Gaelic is the language of instruction for most courses. St. Ailerán's College and the University of Kérvoak are located further afield, but maintain satellite campuses in the city to supplement their business programmes.

The largest ethnic group in Kérvoak are Ilánovan Féinem of mixed Gaelic and Coscivian ancestry, who predominate across most of the island. Due to the city's importance to the Kilikas Sea trade, substantial and deeply-rooted communities of Bergendii, Kuhlfrosians, and Kistani have lived in Kérvoak for centuries, as well as many Kiravians of partial Levantine ancestry who may identify with their Levantine heritage to varying extents.

The working languages of the city government are Kiravic Coscivian and Gaelic, though only 22% of residents speak Kiravic natively. Oilánovarona' - a divergent dialect heavily influenced by Gaelic in its lexicon, syntax, and prosody - is the everyday language of the Féinem population and has been adopted by multigenerational Kévoakites of other backgrounds. Burgundian, Lebhan, and Levantine Latin are widely understood, to the point where monolingual visitors speaking any of these languages can go about their business fairly easily.

Íarþasar (English: Weston) is the largest city in Ilfenóra and among the largest directly on the West Coast. It is a major shipping port. It makes beer n' shit, and the surrounding region is known for the distinctive flavour of its whiskeys, owing to the unique chemical profile of peat from the nearby temperate rainforests and cloud forests.

Nevisar is a coastal city of Ilfenóra. It serves as the state's financial centre and is home to most Ilfenóran banks, invesment banks, and venture capital firms, and insurance companies, as well as the regional offices of several nationwide and international finance firms and the Farravonian Metallurgical Exchange. Companies involved in capital-intensive industries such as information technology, ..., and ... have also become concentrated in Nevisar. The city has an illustrious maritime history dating back to WHEN and the Farravonian coastal trade, and has important shipping links to Æonara, North Amerigo, Dmanian, Pauldustllah, and more recently Heku. Since 21199, Nevisar has been the headquarters of the Kiravian Navy's Western Fleet after its command staff and ordinance facilities were relocated from Saar-Silverda.

Irovasdra

Glen Deveron is a burgh in County Killary, Irovasdra. It is known primarily for the eponymous Glen Deveron distillery, which produces one of the finest single-malt whiskeys in Kiravia and employs 800 people (two thirds of the town's population of 1,200). The remainder of the town's economy is concentrated mostly in providing food, lodging, and other services to whiskey enthusiasts who come from near and far to visit the distillery and sample its world-renowned product.

94.3% of residents are native Gaelic-speakers, and 82% are monolingual. The ethnic makeup of the town is 89% Gaelic, 6% Kaltem Coscivian, 2% Ærem Coscivian, and 3% Other Coscivian. All local government business is carried out in Gaelic.

Niyasca

Iselin

Iselin is a medium-sized industrial city in Niyaska's County Jeff. Founded as a mill town on the fall line of the Niyaska seaboard by a colonist from the Coscivian province of Erasta named Ārvo Iselin, Iselin later acquired a sizeable population of craftsmen and eventually an ironworks. With the beginning of the industrial era in earnest, Iselin joined Parþotren and Rávéga in producing a wide range of products, such as textiles, processed meats, beer, glassware, bicycles, and metal products. Since Kirosocialism, the city has retained a significant industrial base, but has shifted toward the manufacture of electrical components, plastics, and (perhaps most notably) garage doors.

Iselin International Airport, the busiest in the Valēka Metropolitan Area and the Mid-Oceanic region as a whole, is located in the city. The Iselin Chamber of Commerce tried to promote Iselin: Lavnubān Niyaské ("Iselin: Gateway to Niyaska") as the city's official slogan, but was forced to adopt Lavnubān Valēké ("Gateway to Valēka") after legal action from the city of Śervinaxt, which claimed an identical slogan. Śervinaxt itself was forced to abandon the slogan for Tolalpuv Valēká ("Valeka's Doorstep") after a lawsuit filed by a real estate consortium in Telmerdun, which had been using it to advertise several residential developments it had built near the Telmerdun Bridge linking Niyaska to Strathannan Island. Iselinites who dislike the noise pollution, traffic, and strange-smelling foreigners brought by the airport often refer to their city as Tolaśbruv Valeká ("Valēka's Doormat") instead.

Iselin is the southern terminus of the Niyaska Transit Authority's Maroon Line commuter railway, which also serves Rávéga, Fôklār, Savetta, Kartaret, and Ipson Station in Valēka, where it connects to that city's subway and light rail network.

Built largely on polders, the city is home to the largest share of Valēka Port Authority facilities in Niyaska, and despite being relatively unknown outside of the Valēka metro area, is among the fifty busiest port cities in the world by annual tonnage.

Deriving its name from a phonetically butchered Tapkek Aboriginal word meaning "ugly patch of swamp", Śervinaxt began as an estate owned by Andrus Konvoīon, a settler from the Coscivian province of Armaka who was among the first Coscivians to arrive in Ixnay after the conclusion of Kedhur Valēkas' expeditions. Although the site of Konvoīon's manor house is now within the boundaries of Cantrasar, which surrounds Śervinaxt on three sides, it was indentured labourers employed by Konvoīon from the low-lying islands of Coscivia's Heron Delta who began the process of draining much of the wetland and building the dikes and polders that created room for the modern city.

Śervinaxt is seen as a working-class city inhabited by many of the dockworkers, construction personnel, and other blue- and grey-collar workers who keep the Federacy's largest city running, and most Śervinaxt residents have embraced this identity. The largest ethnic groups in the city are Ærem Coscivians and Peninsular Coscivians, who each account for around one-quarter of the population. Helskan Coscivians, Cosco-Yetruenes, Damèts, Triathan Coscivians, Melotes, Kaśuvem, Rumeli Coscivians, and Kistanis are also present in significant numbers. The overwhelming majority of Śervinaxt residents are "Greens", meaning fans of the Valēka Metropolitans fieldball team in the Valēka area's bizarre, politically-charged intracity sporting rivalry, in contrast to neighbouring Cantrasar, which is populated almost entirely by "Blues" (fans of the opposing Valēka Conquerors).

Érskinsar is the capital and largest city of the Kiravian overseas island-state of Rovaīon, and the largest city in all of Kiravian-controlled Punth. The oldest Coscivian settlement in Punth, Érskinsar was founded in Year as a fortified trading post to support the long-distance maritime trade between Punth and Great Kirav and has long served as an important conduit connecting the Kiravian colonies in Punth to the Kiravian and international economies. One of the wealthiest and most highly-developed cities in all of Punth, Érskinsar claims to be the home of the continent's first stock exchange, established in 1798, as well as some of its oldest and largest fully Punth-based private banks, and its oldest museum of art, the Ranśak Galleries.

Many Kiravian federal agencies have their Punth regional offices there, including the Kiravian Post, the Federal Circuit Court for Punth and the Admiralty Courts, the Customs Agency, the Federal Investigative Service, the Migration Authority, the Kiravian Security Executive, the Countercontagion Agency, the Small and Medium Enterprises Bureau, and the Federal Lands Bureau. Additionally, the Punth Colonial Authority, Punth Inter-agency Security Coördination Commission, and the Punth Infrastructural Development Authority are headquartered in Érskinsar.

The economy of Érskinsar is supported by transportation and shipping, transcontinental and intercontinental trade, and finance. Due to its very high standard of living relative to the surrounding region, Érskinsar is able to attract the investment and skilled personnel necessary to provide high-value services such as specialised medical care, consulting, market research, higher education, and fine tailoring to the wider Northeast Punth market.

Tolôn is the largest city of Valtéra and the principal port on the southern coast of Great Kirav.

Tolôn is the leading port for Kiravian trade with Cartadania and Heku, and is particularly important as the main port of entry for Kiravian oil and gas imports from Cartadania and for coffee imports from both countries. It is also an important base for Kiravian oil and gas exploration in the northern Sea of Odoneru and for colonial imports of sea oil from Uruvun. It is a crucial link in Great Kirav's energy supply chain, as the site of three large oil refineries and the terminus of five oil and three gas pipelines running northward and north-eastward to supply Central Kirav and the populous Northeastern, Mid-Continental, and Mínhanska Bay regions with fuel. On the export side, Tolôn is the main port of departure for products from Central Kirav, South Kirav, and Northwestern Kirav southbound to Continental Ixnay, Pribraltar, the Melian Isles, Sydona, and the Sakhalins.

Tolôn Naval Harbour is the administrative headquarters of the Kiravian Navy's Southern Fleet (its areal command responsible for the Sea of Odoneru), while the operational headquarters is located in Èusamur, Uruvun.

Tolôn has an ethnically diverse population. The city was founded by Valosian and Kostiatem Coscivians, who are still present in the city in large numbers and dominate its political establishment. Other ethnic groups with large communities in Tolôn include Swamp Coscivians and South Kiravians from neighbouring parts of the region, Korlem Coscivians from nearby Korlēdan, Tryhstians, Ispem and Kālatem Coscivians, Hâlatem Coscivians, Sea Coscivians, members of the primarily nomadic Tānkem Coscivian people who traditionally migrate along the South Coast, Alkharvis, Melotes, Cartadanians, Hekuvians Hekuvian Coscivians, Rumeli Coscivians, Slakoscivians, Woolzi Arabs, Deep South Coscivians, Low Antaric Coscivians, Pribraltarian and St. Kenneran Coscivians, and Corummese. Due to the large Tryhstian and Cartadanian populations and the city's strong business ties to Cartadania and the Tryhstian Littoral, Portuguese is widely spoken in the city. Most restaurants in Tolôn offer Portuguese menus, and most cinemas show films with Portuguese subtitles.

Sar-i-Pául (Æonaran Coscivian) or Sarípáuv (Kiravic Coscivian) is the largest city in the Kiravian territory of West Æonara and the second-largest city on the island of Æonara, after Portmór. Located across the Snávin Strait from Pauldustllah, it is a major port of entry to the Kiravian Federacy and a conduit for trade with Pauldustllah, Cronzcovina, and other mainland Cronan countries.

Sar-i-Paul has a multi-ethnic population including large numbers of Æonaran Coscivians, Umcaran Coscivians, Pauldustllahanis, Sinyolans, Prythonic Kiravians, and Cronzcovinics. There are also significant communities of Burgundines, Taństem Coscivians, Kaskem Coscivians, and Gaels. Æonaran Coscivian is the language with the most native speakers in the city, followed by Kiravic Coscivian. However, the most widely understood language in Sar-i-Pául is Pauldustllahani, with 90-94% of residents reporting at least a "good command" of it, including 72% of the Coscivian population, 95% of native-born Pauldustllahani-Kiravians, and 100% of Pauldustllahani immigrants and expats.
