Kistan is the third-oldest standing member of the Ixnay community after Spelf/Urce and Kir, having been a member since 2014. Over that time, he's switched map spots three times, switched his IC name to Faneria, and cte'd once before triumphantly returning and proceeding to do nothing for four months. He's in and out of the colony game, and generally acts as a supporting staff member while dancing around the outside of the actual leadership circle, preferring to let Urce, Heky, and when he's on, Burg take the reigns. Also known for being a fence-sitting, hand-wringing 'moderate'. His IRL politics are a bizarre mishmash of technofuturism, moral reformism, and scientific rationalism with little personal religion and some social and economic conservative bits sprinkled in.
