Vallejarian peaceful integration in Loa Empire
Preamble:
In the solemn convergence of shared interests and the vision of a prosperous future, the Independent State of Vallejar and the Glorious Loa Empire, guided by the common desire to strengthen political stability, improve the condition of their citizens, and promote cultural exchange, have decided to unite their destinies through this Treaty of Peaceful Integration.
Considering:
Recognizing the historic brotherhood between the Vallejarian population and the noble Loa people and being aware of the shared concern for political stability in the region, as well as the influence of foreign powers in our internal affairs.
Declaration of motives:
I. Improvement of the Vallejarian Population's Situation:
The Loa Empire, as an elder sister, seeks to contribute to improving the living conditions of Vallejarian citizens, ensuring access to basic services, education, and employment opportunities.
II. Strengthening Bilateral Relations:
This treaty aims to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the Loa Empire and Vallejar, fostering a relationship based on mutual respect and constant collaboration.
III. Cultural Exchange:
Both parties commit to promoting cultural exchange, facilitating understanding and appreciation for the rich traditions and customs of each nation.
IV. Regional Market Expansion:
Integration will allow for greater commercial openness, stimulating economic growth and prosperity through a broader regional market.
V. Political Stability and Regional Security:

Treaty points:
Immediate Integration:
Vallejar immediately integrates into the Loa Empire upon the signing of this treaty while maintaining its total independence and sovereignty.
Respect for Institutions and Freedoms:
The Loa Empire guarantees absolute respect for the institutions and freedoms of the Vallejarian people, preserving their cultural identity and autonomy.
Commitment to Security and Prosperity:
The Loa Empire undertakes to ensure the security and prosperity of Vallejar, providing support in times of need and collaborating on joint projects.
Reciprocal Collaboration:
Vallejar will collaborate closely with the Loa Empire, provided that such collaboration does not contravene Vallejarian ethics and morality.
Unilateral Termination:
Either party has the right to unilaterally terminate this treaty in case of non-compliance with the agreed-upon obligations, without additional consequences.
SIGNATURE AND RATIFICATION:
This treaty was negotiated, signed, and ratified on behalf of the Vallejarian people by Don Juan Casanova and on behalf of the Loa people by Empress Kantirao, in an act of goodwill and shared commitment towards a future of peace and prosperity.
