Coscivian National Congress: Difference between revisions

The Congress is generally supportive of immigration; quite vocally so with regard to [[Cronan]] immigrants from regions currently or formerly under Kiravian paramountcy. CNC legislators have repeatedly endorsed "constructive cross-migration" between the Kiravian Federacy and the [[Mid-Atrassic Crona|Mid-Atrassic States]], in the interest of "consolidating the pluricontinental, inclusive future of Coscivian civilisation".  

Coscivian Nationalists are opposed to the expansion of [[Ænglish language]] education in public schools, and suggest diverting funding for Ænglish education to courses on [[Latin language|Latin]] and the [[Paulastran language]] instead.

Rates of non-Coscivian immigration to Kiravia are actually rather low, due to geographic, regulatory, and cultural barriers; and while hostility toward immigrants among Kiravians certainly exists, immigrants tend to be attracted to the growing coastal metropoles of First Kirav, rather than the less prosperous Second Kirav areas where most CNC voters live. -->
