Agricola, Caelian

Caelian Agricola OHC CNS (born 6 July 1990) is the minority leader of the Concilium Daoni and is a member of the National Pact from Afoncord. Prior to his political career, Agricola was an officer in the Royal and Imperial Army who served with distinction during the War of the Northern Confederation. In the 2020 Urcean elections, he was elected to the Afoncord Assembly at age 30, but took a leave of abscence to resume service during the Final War of the Deluge. During that war, Agricola was decorated several times for valor in combat against Varshan, and in 2024 he was inducted into both the Imperial Order of the Holy Cross and the Order of the North Star in recognition for his service. He returned and served approximately 18 months in the Assembly before being elected to the Daoni in the 2025 Urcean elections. Agricola became a rising star and eventual leader of the party's Commonwealth Values Bloc. In May 2034, Agricola and others ousted Conner Scipio Salderio as party leader, and Agricola was chosen to replace him. In this capacity he became both party leader and minority leader in the Daoni.

Áine, Beth Qua

Beth Áine (born Wei Fen Qua; born 18 January 1974) is a Urcean public official who currently serves as the Deputy Royal Administrator. Born in Daxia, her conversion to Catholicism at 15 while her family was on business in Urcea and subsequent request to be granted asylum in Urcea caused a socio-political sensation and lead to the landmark legal case Qua v. His Most Christian Majesty's Government when her father Chul Lung Qua sued the Government of Urcea. Baptized as Elizabeth, the remainder of Qua's minority was spent with state-sponsored tutors as she managed to live on her own in Urceopolis, going on to attend the Collegium Scientificum. At the Collegium, she met her future husband Colus Áine, and studied political science. Following her marriage to Áine in 1997, Áine managed to use the notoriety of her case to start a political career. Serving as a member of the Royal Parliament of the Archduchy of Urceopolis from 2000 through 2015 as a member of the Commonwealth Union, Áine became associated with the policies of Michael Witte and Wittonian Socialism. Although she lost reelection in the 2015 Urcean elections, she was appointed Deputy Royal Administrator following the Union for National Solidarity's victories in the 2020 Urcean elections.

As a noble of half Tierradorian origin, Leo is considered a minor celebrity in Tierrador and has been awarded on multiple occasions for his work as a diplomat. Deáin, Finn

Finn Deáin (born 1 July 1985) is a member of the Concilium Daoni who serves as leader of the Social Labor Party. He became leader following the arrest of Ronan Cornelius Marcán in 2020, having served as whip of the Social Labor Party caucus. Prior to becoming leader, Deáin was critical of Marcán and the party's role in the 2018 Urcean institutional referendum; although himself a republican, Deáin believed the issue to distract from the needs of working people. He unsuccessfully ran for Procurator in the 2025 Urcean elections.

Frantone, Aedan

Aedan Frantone (born 16 December 1974) is a Royal and Imperial Army officer, head of WES-COM, and Military Rector of the Seneca Islands and Atavia. In those commands, he succeeded Martin St. Clair in late 2026 and early 2027 upon the latter's retirement. Prior to assuming overall command, Frantone was an influential and successful field commander for the Royal and Imperial Army during the Final War of the Deluge. He was the principal Urcean commander in the Quetzenkel front, Operation Pullman, and Fall of Anzo. He is a recipient of the League of Nations Service Medal.

Fulgentius, Victor

Victor Fulgentius (born 7 July 1961) is a current Censor of Urcea. Born in Atina, Tromarine, Fulgentius became a canon lawyer at the age of 29 and moved to Urceopolis to practice canon law. Upon the recommendation of the Collegium Scientificum, he was included on the list of candidates for Censor in the 2000 Urcean elections, emerging victorious as the second Censor that year. He has served in the role since 1 January 2001, making him the longest tenured Censor in the history of Urcea. He is not enrolled in any political party but was traditionally associated with the school of thought espoused by some previous Julian Party Censors.

G

Gallant, Aedanicus

Aedanicus Gallant (born 29 March 1983) is a current Censor of Urcea. A graduate of trade school in Ardthirium, Gallant worked as a steamfitter from age 20 through 23 before becoming involved with politics, joining the Commonwealth Union in 2006. A proponent of Wittonian Socialism, Gallant served as a party committeeman in the province from 2006 until 2015. Standing for a seat in the Concilium Daoni in 2010, Gallant was narrowly defeated by a member of the Julian Party. Gallant became prominent within the party as being an advocate for a renewed push for what he called the "moral media", arguing that the period following the Occidental Cold War was leading to laxity in morals in Urcea and that immorality would remain an enemy even if Caphiria was not. In an unusual step, Gallant launched a nationwide speaking tour that was well received in 2014 ahead of his intended run for Censor. With Bridget Farrell retiring from the office of Censor in 2015 to run for Concilium Daoni, Gallant won over a crowded field of candidates as one of the few Solidarity victories in the otherwise landslide defeats of the 2015 Urcean elections.

During the national government formed in response to the Final War of the Deluge, Salderio became Second Deputy Chancellor. Witte, Michael

Michael Witte, Duke of Glenmont KHC (born August 14th, 1960) is a Urcean politician who previously served as Procurator of the Apostolic Kingdom of Urcea, Chancellor and Temporary President of the Concilium Daoni, leader of the Commonwealth Union, and Royal Administrator, and was among the youngest ever in each of those three posts. He subsequently served as the King's special envoy to Caphiria, and was a lead negotiator in the Assumption Accords. He also served as a member of the Concilium Daoni from Lower Carolina from 1990 to 2010. He is presently the Chair of the Gildertach.

Witte campaigned vigorously in the 2000 election against Michael Redder and was elected Procurator in 2000. His administration saw a number of major accomplishments, such as the Family Living Act of 2003 and King's Health Aid Act of 2007, transforming Urcean housing and healthcare. He won reelection in a landslide in the 2005 Urcean elections. After serving as party leader and Chancellor for nearly eight years, Chancellor Witte decided to step aside at the end of 2009 as Chancellor and leader, citing poor polling and general fatigue for his Chancellorship. James Cossus Reed was selected to succeed him as leader and Chancellor, and in 2010 the Commonwealth Union won an easy, though reduced, majority in the Concilium Daoni. Witte did not run for reelection in 2010 as Procurator, endorsing Reed instead. Following his retirement, he served in a number of unofficial capacities as an elder statesman before King Riordan VIII appointed him as special envoy to Caphiria, where he lead negotiations that resulted in the Assumption Accords. Wittonian Socialism is named for Witte's policies.

In 2015, he was appointed as Chair of the House of Guilders by King Riordan VIII, partly in recognition of his major strengthening of the guild system during his Procuratorship. The Kiravian scholar E. H. Tomcollins called Witte the "greatest living champion of the guild system". In 2028, in recognition for his life of service, Riordan VIII granted him the life peer title of Duke of Glenmont.
