Situated at the heart of Fort Monteneri, the company's headquarters was designed by the famous Burgoignesc modernist architectural firm deLicate Touche in 2016. The location that was acquired was an old Operation Kipling-era ammunition storage, superfund site that GLW got for free from the government but had to clean up before construction could begin. Clean up lasted from 2017-2023 and cost around $5.4 million. Construction lasted from 2023-2025 and was overseen my O'Shea Infrastructure and Design.
